Mark your calendar for the evening of Wednesday, 17 September for the INNOCY Summer Event. Take this opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and expand your network. We look forward to welcoming you at our office in Houten!

The labor market is under significant pressure. We are seeing a rapidly growing shortage and an aging workforce within the sector. As a result, the demand for well-educated and motivated professionals continues to increase. At the same time, there is a risk that valuable knowledge will be lost if we do not invest now in both attracting new talent and retaining existing expertise.

The upcoming INNOCY Summer Event will therefore focus entirely on the power of development, strong teams, and placing the right people in the right roles. Through our traineeships, we consciously invest in the future and offer young talent the space to grow. But development doesn’t stop at the start; knowledge sharing, coaching, and retaining expertise within teams are also essential for success.

Keynote

During the event, we will be inspired by Robert Eenhoorn, former general director of AZ. Under his leadership, the football club transformed over ten years into a financially healthy and data-driven top organization. His approach, based on the ‘Moneyball’ principle and a strong top sports mentality, is characterized by modern and results-oriented leadership. Eenhoorn demonstrates how to optimally empower people, dare to let go of traditional structures, and turn challenges into opportunities. The insights he shares are not only valuable to the sports world but also offer important lessons for organizations like ours.

AI & Consultancy: a smart combination

How AI tools support, accelerate and enrich the work of INNOCY consultants

From smart prompts to concrete applications: AI is proving to be a valuable addition to our daily work. In this presentation, we share the results of an internal survey on the use of AI within INNOCY. Based on the survey results and practical examples, we will show how AI can support the work of consultants. Finally, we discuss how INNOCY encourages knowledge sharing and inspiration so that we continue to learn together in a world where AI is developing at lightning speed.
