Projects are becoming increasingly complex and challenging, and project teams are growing larger. That’s why it’s essential for everyone in the project team to work toward the same goal. This is the role INNOCY prefers to take on: serving as a strong connecting factor within project teams, driven by progress and expertise. How do they do it? Visit INNOCY at stand 6.006 during InfraTech 2025, but be sure to read on first.

INNOCY operates within three areas of expertise: asset management, project management and safety. “A deliberate choice, allowing us to make even more impact for our clients,” says Managing Director Robert van Meijgaarden. “What you do, we can’t do. That’s what we often hear from clients. That’s why we are frequently involved in a project at an early stage, where our knowledge and expertise can be applied most effectively. That doesn’t mean we can’t join at any stage of a project. What’s more, we create connections. We foster an environment in which the entire project team works toward the same goal. After all, together you stand stronger.”

Pitching across three domains

The beauty if ut all is that one of INNOCY’s strengths is that they have experience on both the client and contractor sides within all three domains and they’re happy to share that knowledge. “At InfraTech, each domain will have its own pitch,” reveals Raoul Rampersad, Asset Manager at INNOCY. “We’ll be presenting part of our project portfolio, with a focus on the added value we bring.” For example, INNOCY is active in asset management on the A27 (ALSéén) and A9 (VeenIX), provides technical expertise at the Krammer lock and Kreekrak locks, and ensures safety at the Maeslant storm surge barrier and on the A44. “And for the renewal of the Amsterdam Traffic Control Centre, we’re delivering the project management. We’ll also introduce visitors to the special tools we use to work more efficiently and achieve results faster, tools that are also easily accepted by our clients.”

“For example, with smart tools we can monitor assets in a tunnel or on a bridge - such as cameras, ventilation systems, and signals - and take action early to prevent failures or unsafe situations.”

Engaging demos

With these types of tools, we can, for example, monitor assets in a tunnel or on a bridge—such as cameras, ventilation systems, and signaling—and take early action to prevent failures or unsafe situations, Robert explains. “Collecting this data and information also helps us make increasingly accurate predictions. In the sector we operate in, we are expected to demonstrate that an asset functions exactly as specified. The software we use is so advanced that it can efficiently and effectively generate test plans and proof of compliance based on existing historical data and with consistent quality. And if something changes, we can respond very quickly. After all, 80% is typically generic and 20% specific. At our stand, we’ll explain everything and show how this also helps us make a real difference in the many projects across our country.”

In addition to showing what we do, we also want to show who we are, Robert emphasizes. “Many of our colleagues will be present, so be sure to talk with our people. We are a young and ambitious organization, always open to new talent. Who knows. You might soon be working on one of our many exciting projects in infrastructure, water, or rail. We’ve also brought back our famous grab machine and have some fun prize competitions lined up. We look forward to seeing you at stand 6.006.”
